Workmanship warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on all repair labour and replaced parts. This does not limit your statutory rights.

This warranty covers the specific fault we fixed. It does not cover:

  • New physical damage (for example, dropping the laptop).
  • Liquid damage.
  • Software issues, including virus/malware reinfection.
  • Issues caused by other parties opening the device after our repair.

Preconfigured systems and bespoke builds include a 2-year warranty on workmanship and assembly. Similar limitations apply. It does not cover:

  • New physical damage (for example, dropping the system).
  • Liquid damage.
  • Software issues, including virus/malware reinfection.
  • Issues caused by third parties opening or modifying the system after delivery.

Parts supplied by third parties are covered by their own manufacturer warranty. We will help with evidence and next steps where possible.
