What areas do you cover?

We serve customers across the UK. For local delivery by our staff, there is a flat £5 fee within an 8 mile radius of our location. Outside the 8 mile radius, the delivery fee increases up to £20 for deliveries within a 20 mile radius.

Which couriers do you accept?

Preferred couriers are Royal Mail including Parcelforce, DHL, and UPS. Evri is not used due to reliability and contactability issues.

Do you offer fixed prices?

Fixed prices apply to preconfigured systems at checkout. Repairs include a £25 diagnostic fee that is deducted from the final bill if you proceed with the repair. Repairs, custom builds, and upgrades can vary in price due to fluctuating component costs.

Can I send photos or videos?

Yes. The contact form supports up to 6 files, 50MB each, when uploads are configured.

How do quotes and deposits work?

Quotes for bespoke work are confirmed in writing and are valid for 14 days. Deposits that cover parts are non-refundable once parts are ordered. Any supplier or shipping price changes are agreed with you before work starts.

When do I pay?

Fixed-price packages are paid upfront. For repairs and bespoke work, payment is due before collection unless we have agreed otherwise.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround depends on the job and parts availability. We will give you an estimate up front and keep you updated if anything changes.

Do you provide warranties?

Preconfigured systems and bespoke builds include a workmanship warranty. Parts are covered by their manufacturer warranties, and we can help with the RMA process.

Can you use my own parts?

Yes, we can install customer-supplied parts. We will advise on compatibility, but we are not responsible for defects or incompatibility in parts you provide.

Will my data be safe?

We take care with your data, but we always recommend a backup before any work starts. Data recovery is best effort and cannot be guaranteed.
