Service areas and delivery

• Local pickup is free.
• Local delivery is available within 20 miles of our address in Southampton.
• Delivery pricing is calculated automatically at checkout from the customer postcode:
  • £5 minimum for addresses within 8 miles
  • After 8 miles, the fee increases with distance up to a £20 maximum at 20 miles
• The delivery fee is shown before payment is taken.

Collection and drop-off can be arranged when practical. If local delivery is selected, the checkout process will collect a delivery address.

If you’re outside the delivery radius, courier shipping is supported instead (see below).

Preferred couriers for returns or sending devices for repairs are Royal Mail (including Parcelforce) and DHL.

Evri must not be used due to reliability and contactability issues.

When dispatching orders outside of local delivery area, we use Parcelforce 24hr signed for, with a flat delivery fee of £50.

• Use a strong outer box with at least 5 cm padding on all sides.
• Use anti-static protection for components where possible.
• Fill empty space to prevent movement during transit.
• Protect glass panels with extra padding and consider removing if safe to do so.
• Label the parcel as fragile and keep tracking details.

GPU safety: if the GPU cannot be secured, remove and package it safely if you are confident. Otherwise, secure it as best as possible.
